About Natalie Walters

Hi, I’m Natalie Walters — a proud mom, family-oriented woman, and someone committed to finding the balance between being a responsible, loving, and fun parent while also investing in my own personal growth. Motherhood has taught me patience, resilience, and the importance of celebrating milestones — big or small.

But my journey hasn’t been a straight path. As a child, I struggled with healthy communication and often felt misunderstood. I spent years living by the expectations of others until I realized I needed to reclaim my own voice. Even as a teenager — yes, the expelled high school student trying to figure out life — I always found ways to stand up for myself and others, not realizing that I was already practicing advocacy.

My career began in customer service and sales, but my heart longed for something more purposeful. That led me to enroll in the Community and Justice Services program, where I learned to:

  • Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and respect.

  • Intervene to address barriers, promote inclusion, and support personal growth.

  • Manage conflict and crisis situations with strategic, ethical approaches.

  • Develop self-awareness and self-care strategies to sustain long-term impact.

From there, I moved into early intervention work, serving as an educational support staff member in public schools across Ontario and Edmonton. This role deepened my understanding of diverse student needs, social-emotional development, and the importance of strong partnerships between parents and educators.

I also worked in the public service sector as part of the 3-1-1 Call Center, acting as a first point of contact for non-emergency city services. In this role, I honed my ability to actively listen, identify needs, provide solutions, and connect people with resources — skills that became invaluable in my work with families.

Later, my time as a life insurance agent reinforced the critical role of financial security in overall wellness. I witnessed firsthand how planning ahead can reduce stress, protect families, and create a stronger foundation for the future.

Through all these experiences, I discovered the power of what I now call mini resets — those intentional moments where you pause, reflect, and take ownership of your next step. These resets shaped me into the advocate, coach, and creative I am today.

Whether I’m coaching adults through life’s challenges or creating heart-centered children’s books like My Feelings & Me to help kids explore emotions, build confidence, and express themselves, my mission is the same: to empower others to take back control of their time, energy, and future.

Because you don’t have to choose between caring for others and caring for yourself — you can create a life that works for you, not against you.

HOW I HELP

I know what it feels like to give everything to your work and your loved ones while leaving yourself last on the list. I’ve been there — running on empty, pushing through, and wondering if things would ever feel balanced again. That’s when I decided I needed a RESET.

I began prioritizing my own well-being — eating healthier, moving my body, and resting without guilt. I defined my goals, created sustainable habits, and learned to protect my time and energy. I realized that when I took care of myself first, I was able to show up stronger for my students, my family, and my community.

Through this journey, I discovered just how powerful it is to take back control of your time, your energy, and your future. Now, I help fellow educators do the same through a supportive, step-by-step approach designed to:

  • Clarify Your Personal & Professional Priorities – Together, we identify what matters most so you can focus your time, energy, and resources where they count.

  • Set & Maintain Boundaries with Confidence – Learn to communicate your needs clearly and protect your well-being without guilt.

  • Create Your Reset for Personal Growth Roadmap – Build a realistic, customized plan that supports your wellness, career sustainability, and long-term goals.

Beyond my work with educators, I also write children’s books that encourage self-expression, emotional intelligence, and resilience. My Feelings & Me is the first in a heart-centered series designed for children ages 5–10 to explore their emotions, build confidence, and express themselves through creativity.

My mission is simple — to help you find balance, peace of mind, and the confidence to create a life that works for you, not against you.
